Membership

30% Club membership is restricted to board chairs and CEOs but demands the commitment of the whole company

What is membership?

To be a member of the 30% Club is to publicly back the campaign’s aim of achieving beyond 30% female representation on your board or executive committee – and strive for parity.

Membership is free and generally open to Chairs, CEOs and equivalents, usually of listed companies or those with at least 250 employees the chapter country they wish to join.

Multinational companies already members of at least five chapters are also invited to become global members.

How to join

get in touch with the co-ordinator of your
local chapter. Find them here

2

Agree to the membership asks

Your chair or CEO will then have to agree to our membership asks and publicly announce membership of the campaign

3

Walk the talk
