To achieve our aims, we have a number of core workstreams in place across our chapters

Investor Group

Investor Groups

The 30% Club Investor Groups co-ordinate the investment community’s approach to diversity and inclusion and explain the investment case for more diverse boards and senior management team.

The investors involved can exercise ownership rights to effect change.

Mentoring

The 30% Club runs the world’s largest cross-company mentoring programme. 

It is a proven, practical and powerful way to achieve greater gender balance at all levels within organisations.

The programme has extended outside of gender and invites individuals from all under-represented groups to take part via Mission INCLUDE.

Future Boards Scheme

The initiative gives senior women board-level development opportunities on the boards, or subsidiary boards, of other businesses.

It’s a practical way to increase the representation of women below board-level in the senior layers of listed companies by giving them direct experience of boards. 

Scholarships

The 30% Club has partnered with the world’s leading business schools, graduate management education and executive programmes to accelerate promotion to leadership roles.

Female representation on these courses remains low so w are delighted to be able to offer scholarships to women with leadership potential of up to 50% off course fees.

The 30% Club is a vast network of companies and individuals committed to boosting diversity and inclusion. 

Our community is made up of our chair and CEO members as well as our ambassadors, partners and alumni of mentees, mentors and scholarship recipients.  

Where we are

The 30% Club has come along way from when it was set up in the UK in 2010.

We now span six continents and more than 20 countries and are are actively expanding into more G20 countries.
