Assistant Campaign Co-ordinator, 30% Club, UK and Global
Part-time - 3 days per week, flexible and remote working
Fixed-term contract: 12 months (potential move to a permanent role)
The 30% Club is searching for a dedicated Assistant Campaign Coordinator to support the continued growth of the campaign in the UK and around the world.
The Assistant Campaign Coordinator will report directly to the UK & Global Campaign Co-ordinator and will work with a number of key stakeholders including the UK Steering Committee & Working Groups as well as our International Chapter leads and co-ordinators, Member Organisations and Partners.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and capable of prioritising work in a fast-paced environment that sees the campaign continually expanding. This is an excellent and varied opportunity to join a purposeful organisation committed to making the world a better place for all.
The Assistant Campaign Coordinator supports and collaborates with the UK & Global Campaign Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the campaign.
You will be an integral member of a small team of mainly volunteers working together to manage membership enquiries and data as well as arranging meetings, supporting on events and updating the website.
Your Typical Day:
● Respond to membership enquiries, build & maintain strong relationships with members
● Database management and updating data - experience in Excel and Salesforce preferred
● Liaising with international chapters of the 30% Club - language skills useful
● Diary management - liaising with steering committee, global advisory board and
● Organising meetings and minute taking
● Assisting event planning and execution – such as ensuring invitations are
communicated in a timely manner and feedback is captured
● Website updates - posting and editing content. CMS experience preferable
Who we are looking for:

You will be calm under pressure, enjoy problem solving, have a critical mind and be detail oriented. You will have significant experience of office applications including Microsoft Office, MS Teams or Google Workspace and Zoom.
