LBS Once Again Joins Forces with 30% Club to Offer Women’s Scholarship on Flagship Programme

The 30% Club and London Business School have joined forces once again to give more women the tools to achieve CEO and C-Suite positions by offering a scholarship for the School’s highly rated Senior Executive Programme. The scholarship is for women with around 15 years of managerial experience who should already be in senior positions in large organisations.

30% Club Japan Launching 01 May, 2019

  • The 30% Club, which has made a significant contribution to increasing female representation on company boards in 13 countries/regions, is launching the Japan Chapter.
  • The launch will include the formation of an “Investor Group” that will provide guidance to investors on gender diversity, including standards and general principles for investors to consider when engaging investee companies on board diversity.

30% Club HK & Women’s Foundation release video to highlight lack of gender diversity on HK Board

The 30% Club Hong Kong (30% Club HK) and The Women’s Foundation (TWF) have released a video featuring some of Hong Kong’s most prominent women business leaders to highlight the lack of gender diversity on Hong Kong boards. The video echoes Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam’s annual policy address last month that included a strong call for all Hong Kong listed companies to appoint more women on their boards. In Hong Kong, women represent only 13% of directors for Hang Seng Index companies and around one in three listed companies have all-male boards.
