ESMT Berlin is offering two 50% scholarships (worth €12,450 each) for its flagship program, the Executive Transition Program (ETP) – the general management program for responsible leaders (start dates for each module are as follows: Module 1: 13 - 20 November 2020; Module 2: 12 - 19 February 2021; Module 3: 14 - 21 May 2021). ETP is a modular three week program designed for experienced, functional managers with an international mindset who have recently moved, or are about to move, into positions with more general management responsibilities. Participants will return to their organizations feeling confident and ready to assume complex roles as general managers and with a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management. They will be equipped with new capabilities, tools, and concepts, feel competent when leading others, and will be prepared to manage across national borders. The scholarship is especially suited for women who are 1) demonstrating entrepreneurial responsibility, 2) leading a business unit or a regional subsidiary, or are in charge of a new product, market, or major project initiative, and are 3) typically employed by large corporations operating internationally or globally.
