Nomination and diversity on Hong Kong boards: Best practice and in practice

One year on from the introduction of “comply or explain” requirements for board diversity in the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Code, a new study completed in partnership between Linklaters and the 30% Club Hong Kong looks at best practice in Hong Kong for nomination committees and the director nomination process. This is the first study to examine Hong Kong’s progress one year after the corporate governance code amendments, and also looks at how Hong Kong compares globally in this respect.
